E-1 Members have the tools to:
A. Understand, articulate and operate from the core values,
vision and mission set out in their VIP Action Plan
B. Brand Parks and Recreation as an essential community
service
E-2 Members have educational opportunities to develop
the skills and knowledge to succeed within the parks
and recreation profession
E-3 Members concerns are heard by legislators in the
creation of relevant public policies that affect parks
and recreation
Members are informed of proposed public policies of
substantial importance to the profession
